He worked in large agencies, such as In Press Porter Novelli and XCom, leading teams and conducting communication for large companies and events. Among them are Novartis, Bunge, Unilever, Bauducco, Gallo, Atlas Schindler, Camarote Bar Brahma, São Paulo Boat Show and Live Earth. In these more than two decades of professional career, Dri has created innovative actions for the projection of visibility, crisis prevention and management, spokesperson training, internal communication projects and consultancy for storytelling alignment. A journalist with 30 years of experience in corporate communications, Gui has expertise in strategic planning, storytelling, crisis management and trend analysis. For more than 12 years he was director of XCom, where he started as a customer service and became a partner. He led emblematic PR projects such as the launches of the Beleza Real campaign, for Dove, and the Quem Disse Berenice brand, for the O Boticário Group, in addition to the redefinition of maritime cruises in Brazil, for Royal Caribbean. Gui's experience also covers work for brands such as Coca-Cola, BRF, Unilever (food), Nissan, Land Rover, Yahoo, Embratel, Danone and Faber-Castell. Self-taught, trilingual reader, crazy about cinema and travel, Gui is always coming up with new ways to achieve our clients' goals.

She has over 18 years of experience, including communication management, media relations, media training, digital media, customer relationship, marketing, and internal communication. During her career, she has organized winning narratives for the national and regional Aberje awards, Fundação Banco do Brasil, Ouvidorias Brasil, Opinião Pública, Top Cidadania and Top Ser Humano ABRH/RS, Top de Marketing ADVB/RS, and Destaque em Comunicação e Responsabilidade Social from Sinepe/RS. Mother of two girls, Cíntia is dynamic and organized, and conducts her work with empathy and creativity, always watching the movements from companies and the opportunities they may bring.

In the northern region of Santa Catarina and southern region of Paraná, he worked as editor of publications, communications and media relations executive, serving clients such as Tupy, Tigre, Docol, ArcelorMittal, O Boticário, Marisol, Tuper, Electrolux, Seara, among others. He has an excellent capacity for project management, campaign development, media relations, corporate publications, social media, cases, social, corporate and sustainability reports, with agility and textual ability. Born in Rio Grande do Sul, with Santa Catarina in his heart and a resilient runner, he is responsible for the high level of regional and national exposure of his clients, who look for prominent presence in Santa Catarina and region.

Graziele de Noronha Marronato is the coordinator of the Industry and Services group at Engaje! SP, where she has worked for 4 years. With a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism by PUC-SP, she has over 10 years of experience in corporate communication, having worked the frontline of companies such as Mantecorp, magazines from Grupo Abril (Bravo!, Contigo! and Playboy), SKY, among others. She has also worked on crisis management for Shopping Center Norte and, more recently, Samarco. At Engaje!, she leads publicity actions with growing success results for companies such as: Luandre (Human Resources), British Government, Grupo GR (security), Tupy (capital asset industry), among others. Always aware, a lover of fashion and history, Graziele is the force behind a gear in that moves intensely, does not stop or delay, and ensures the success of different cases we report in São Paulo.
